Hi Carol,It's me, Dylan (Deno). I wanted to let you know that I am doing great in my
forever home. My new Mom, Kathy, takes really good care of me. She gives me hugs and kisses all the time. I do like being the center of attention. My first night home I
explored every inch of the house. Because of my vision problems I wanted to make
sure I knew where everything was, especially my food and water bowls. I've got it
down now. You should see me running through the living room to go out on the porch
with Mom. I also figured out how to get up and down from the couch all by myself.
Its one of my favorite places to sleep now. Of course my very favorite place is
in bed with Mom.  Mom and I take walks everyday. At first I walked very slowly
either behind or beside Mom while I got used to the neighborhood. Now I trot out in
front of her, leading the way. Ive met some new friends. Everyone stops to admire
me. Because I cant see too good I sometimes bark a little when I hear their
voices or pick up their scent. When they come close, though, and I know they are
there, I just wag my little tail and sit. They tell me how beautiful I am and so
well behaved. Im definitely a hit with the neighbors. I have been nearly perfect
with my potty training. I only had one little mishap and that was because I got
scared when the plumber came. I could hear him and smell him but I couldnt see
where he was so, well, you know, it just happened. Anyway, Mom did not scold me
because she knew it was just an accident. Thank you, Carol, for taking such good
care of me when I needed you. Now, you dont have to worry about me a bit. I am so
happy. I know Mom loves me very much. I have everything I could want or need. God
bless you, Carol. Love,Dylan and Mom Kathy
