In a perfect world, every dog would have a home and every home would have a dog.

Dear Carol,  It has been six months since Dylan (formerly Deno) came to his forever home. He is absolutely thriving. It has been such a joy to see his personality emerge. When I first brought him home he seemed so sad. Now he is exactly what he was meant to be a happy little cocker spaniel. He is so sweet and his tail never stops wagging.
Everyone who meets him just falls in love. Dylan is much more independent too. He
trusts me and knows I will always come back even if I go away for a few days. He is
so adaptable and accepting. He loves to walk and recognizes the houses where some of
his doggie pals live. When we go by there he wines a little hoping they will be
outside. Dylan is completely blind now. He no longer has any vision in his left eye.
It doesnt matter one bit though. It took him a little while to adjust because he
had been able to see shadows and changes in dark to light. Now he is quite
comfortable navigating without sight. In the house he follows my voice and just
seems to instinctively know his way from place to place.  Dylan has brought do much
happiness into my life. I have you to thank for that.

God bless you Carol.
