Bailey

Bailey is a small sized male(neutered), 2 year old, Golden Retriever Mix(Corgi or Dachshund?). We are calling him our "miniature Golden Retriever" or "apartment-sized Golden Retriever". He was found as a stray in an apartment complex; fortunately the couple who found him are dog lovers who made all possibleefforts to find his owner. When no one came forward they brought him to us because they knew we would provide the best of a care and find him a great home. Bailey has been neutered, tested negative for heartworm, had all his shots including a 3 years rabies, and has an ID microchip implanted. He can be shy at first, but in a short while he warms up to you. He is playful, well behaved, housebroken, and doesn't bark much. He does well with other dogs, cats, and older children. Maggie May was surrendered by a homeless family. Fortunatelythey chose to turn her over to us instead of taking her to Animal Services. Maggie May has been spayed, tested negative for heartworms, had all his shots including a 3 years rabies, and has an ID microchip implanted. She also has had her dew claws removed. She is a wonderful girl, playful, well behaved, and housebroken She really needs a good home with a yard space for a medium sized dog. Her adoption donation is $150.00. Hershey

Hershey was found as a stray on the street. When no one came forward to claim him he was surrendered by the person who found him to his foster family so he could find a great forever home. Susy Q

This dog has been adopted! She was found in New Port Richey about 6 weeks ago and never claimed. She has a spay scar and appears to be a young adult. My groomer guesses she may be a combo of Lhasa and possibly Yorkie. She is white and apricot colored and weighs approximately 15 lbs. She sleeps in a crate at night and walks fine on a leash. She lives with 3 other dogs and 4 cats. She has no problem with the cats or the other dogs. She has a sweet disposition and can be really funny with her toys; she runs around with them and growls at them. She also loves her belly rubbed. We have an active household with grown kids coming and going all the time; the youngest person she has been around is 15 so I do not know how she is around young children. She has never tried to bite anyone and we have been able to take things away from her with no issues. We live on a farm and have discovered that would not be a good fit for her; she does not like chickens and chases them. If there is anything else you would like to know please let me know. How much do you usually charge for adoption? I know I need to charge something in order to attract a more responsible owner and I would like to just give whatever I receive to you. Katy is very loving and she likes sitting in your lap being petted and sleeping next to you at night. Katy just wants a loving home that is easy going with an owner who likes to spend time doting on her. Katy gets along with the dogs and cats in her foster home and is very well housebroken. Katy has had all her shots and heartworm negative. Prior to adoption she will be spayed and implanted with a microchip.

Eli

Eli is a 3 year old Toy Rat Terrier who came to the rescue from a local animal services shelter. He had a broken front leg and was set to be euthanized. His leg has been treated, has healed, and now he is ready to go to his forever home. Eli is a little shy at first, but quickly warms up to everyone. He likes to be held and petted. He also likes to run around and play with his foster dog brothers. Eli also likes to chase and bark at the water coming out of the house. Eli just wants a home that is easy going with an owner who can devote time to playing and doting on him. Eli has had all his vaccinations(Rabbies, Bordetella, DDLHPP), tested Negative for heartworm, has been neutered, and has a microchip implanted.
