Eddie

*Eddie is a 1 year old loving, energetic American Hairless Terrier(Coated). A relatively new purebred dog descendant from Rat Terriers, the breed is recognized by the UKC. For more information on this unique breed see www.ahta.info . He is in need of a home that can keep up with him and provide a safe, secure place for him to exercise and play. Eddie loves tennis balls to be thrown for him to chase and fetch. He is speedy and likes to run. He is agile enough to try and catch butterflies, dragonflies, and lizards; standing on his hind legs in his attempts to reach them. You will find that once Eddie has had a chance to run off his pent up energy, he becomes a couch potato and seeks to spend time cuddled in your lap. At night he will sneak into bed and curl up next to you. Eddie is housebroken, crate trained, and knows how to use the dog door to the screen porch at his foster home. Eddie has a good appetite and loves his food and treats. He likes to play with his foster family's 3 dogs and those at the dog park. He would love to play with their 6 cats, but they have pretty much ignored him and so he leaves them alone. Eddie loves kids and has done well around them. Eddie has had all his vaccinations(Rabbies, Bordetella, DDHLPP), heartworm tested NEGATIVE, parasite testing and treatment, neuter surgery and microchip placement. Fenway

I have not had any luck so far in finding a home for Fenway. My husband is being pretty patient considering he really doesn't want to have a dog. We will continue to care for him until a good home is found for him. Here's his bio:Fenway will be 2 the end of December. His owner was elderly and has decided he can not handle caring for him. He is loving and playful with our family and with older children. He is not good with children under 8 or so. He was raised, until about 8 months old in the same house as his father and plays well with other dogs. He has a very loyal and cuddly personality.
