We sincerely hope we can be of service to you.

We ask that you fill out this questionnaire as completely as possible. This form can be used to apply for adoption of a dog or fostering a dog.

This form is designed to help you help us in finding the Cocker Spaniel most compatible with your lifestyle. Our ultimate goal is to match the right dog with the right home for the enduring happiness of both you and your new best friend.

Once your application is submitted, one of our volunteers will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient, since we are all volunteers and work other full time jobs. It could take up to 2 weeks to approve.  If you would like please feel free to email us or call us at 813-245-1833 to check the status of your application at any time leave a voicemail if you don’t get an answer and someone will return your call as soon as possible.  Please complete the application document and click on “submit” button at the bottom when you are ready to send. Make sure that your email address and phone number(s) are correct and that your vet reference (past or present) heartworm, flea, and all other questions are answered as completely as possible.

    Florida Cocker Spaniel Rescue cannot make any promises or guarantees that

    Some Cockers need to be professionally groomed (approx. $50) about every 2 months. Does this present a problem?

    The basic needs of a Cocker are (feeding, grooming, shots, Heartworm protection, Flea preventative) which costs on average $800-$1,000 per year. Any medical or other special problems could increase this amount. Does this financial responsibility present a problem? YesNo
