Please welcome Brutus! (DOB 2013). Brutus is a large cocker black male who is blind with bilateral cataracts. He was surrendered to us by his owner who could no longer care for him. Brutus is a friendly and calm boy. He is interested in a foster or a forever home with an at-home person or with a dog sibling. Potential adopters/foster homes must have a verifiable veterinary history and should be willing to travel to the Tampa area for adoption/fostering if approved.
