Please give a big round of applause for Charlie! He is a 1-year-old neutered Cocker Spaniel male. He was surrendered to us by his previous owner who just did not have enough time to spend with him. Charlie is a very sweet boy. He gets along well with both other dogs and the cat at his foster home.
