This Dog has been adopted.

Cowboy is a 5-year-old neutered male Miniature Poodle weighing 15 pounds. He’s a retired breeder dog who was just neutered on 7/24/2025. Cowboy adores people and gets along well with other dogs and cats.

Some of Cowboy’s favorite things include being petted and brushed, going on long walks, cuddling with you, and sleeping at the foot of your bed. He’s a smart little guy—he figured out how to use the dog door in his foster home to access the screened porch all on his own! Cowboy is eager to please and would do great with someone interested in training him for obedience, tricks, agility, or other dog sports.

Cowboy wants to be involved in everything you’re doing. Whether it’s lying next to you while you watch TV, snoozing in a dog bed while you work from home, or sitting at your feet supervising the preparation of his meals, he’s happiest just being near you. If you don’t like being enthusiastically greeted at the door—whether you were gone for hours or just stepped outside to check the mail—then Cowboy may not be the dog for you.

He’s ready to give all his love and devotion to a home that will give the same in return.
