Penny is about a year to a year and a half old, a sweet little girl who was dearly loved by her elderly owner, who used a wheelchair. She lived in a shared home, and when it became clear that managing an active young puppy would be too challenging in that environment, her owner made the heartfelt decision to surrender Penny so she could have the life and attention she deserves.
Penny can be a little shy in new situations and with new people, but she warms up quickly once she feels safe. She is gentle, loving, and very ready to bond with someone special. Penny just needs a home willing to give her time, patience, and all the love she has been waiting for.
