This is Charlie Buff (DOB 2011). He was surr4endered to FCSR 5 years ago. 5 years ago. A wonderful man adopted him from FCSR, and he provided Charlie with a very loving home. The owner is unfortunately now ill and no longer able to care for Charlie Buff. So Charlie is again looking for that right home. He is beautiful, well fed and healthy.
