Meet Spanish Tobi, a buff and white parti-color neutered cocker boy born on 02/28/2023. Due to a change in his previous owners’ home situation, Tobi is seeking a new loving family. Tobi is an outgoing puppy, who understands commands in both English and Spanish. He is friendly, loves people, and gets along well with other dogs. An ideal home for Tobi would have a fenced yard, and having a doggy playmate would be a plus.
