Atlas was born on February 17, 2023 and is just a young boy with his whole life ahead of him. His dad was heartbroken to let him go but could no longer afford his care or even food. This sweet red and white parti Cocker Spaniel, a neutered male with a full tail and a gentle soul, is okay with cats but not suited for homes with big dogs. Now, Atlas is ready to start fresh with a family who can give him the love, care, and stability he deserves.
