Forever Foster – Mr. Biscuit
Mr. Biscuit came to FCSR with some behavioral challenges. Over time, it became clear that he felt truly secure in his foster home, and that placing him for adoption would not be in his best interest. We always feel grateful when we can help dogs beyond Cocker Spaniels find safety, stability, and a wonderful life, and Mr. Biscuit is a perfect example of that.
